Artist Rules
Setup & Load-In
Load-in is from 10 AM to 5 PM on Friday, November 13. Work that arrives after 5 PM may not be displayed.
Install only in your assigned space. Nails and adhesives are allowed.
Label your work with your name, title, price (if for sale), and your socials or a contact QR code.
Safety
No open flames, candles, or anything that creates sparks or smoke.
Any piece that needs power must be cleared with the organizer ahead of time. Tape down all cables, and don’t run cords through walkways.
Large or heavy pieces must be secured so they can’t tip if bumped by the crowd.
Keep fire exits, walkways, and emergency equipment clear.
No sharp edges or breakable materials at body height in high-traffic areas.
Protecting Your Work
The venue will be dark and crowded, with loud bass, and drinks. Display work at your own risk.
Fragile or high-value pieces should be mounted high or protected.
The organizer is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft. Consider insuring valuable work.
Sales
Artists sell their work directly. The event takes no commission.
You are responsible for your own payment methods (Venmo, Square, cash, etc.).
Sold pieces stay on display until the end of the night unless you’ve arranged otherwise with the buyer.
Engaging with Guests
Let your work speak for itself. You’re welcome to talk with guests who show interest, but please don’t solicit attendees or pitch sales throughout the night.
This is a party first. Enjoy the event, and let guests come to you.
Content
Explicit, graphic, or sensitive work must be disclosed in advance and may need placement or a content warning.
No hate symbols or work targeting individuals or groups.
Organizers reserve the right to relocate or remove pieces that pose a safety or content issue.
No live art or live performances.
No Ai Generated art of any kind
Conduct
Treat guests, staff, DJs, and other artists with respect. Harassment means removal from the event.
Follow venue rules on alcohol and substances.
Don’t touch or move another artist’s work.
Promotion
Tag the event and share the flyer.
Teardown
Teardown starts at 2 AM on Saturday, November 14.
Work left behind will be stored safely and held for artist pickup. Contact the organizer to arrange a time.
